Here is what you can get from our retreats:

1. Genuine connections - Get to know at a professional & personal level young professionals (~ 18-35 years old) across Europe.​

2. Workshops - on topics such as reflection, planning or prioritization (to be defined for each event based on participant's needs).​

3. Sharing sessions - we all have areas we want to improve or questions for which we struggle to find answers (proffesional or personal). Discuss them with like minded peers to find solutions together. ​

4. Location - Relax and enjoy the nature in the heart of the Italian Alps.​

5. Last but for sure not least - Have fun!

If you are still not sure, find an answer in 2 minutes by filling a form! The score of the form will say if our retreat fits your needs and in case it is, our team will reach out to you for providing more details and clarifying your potential questions.

2. FINDING YOUR PERFECT ADVENTURE

Choose your desired retreat based on topic, location and dates. We offer different types of accommodation (may differ from retreat to retreat):

​

Double Rooms SHARING: Double rooms offer the best choice to make a new friend. If the room description says SHARING you’re booking a double room with separated beds. As all prices are per person, you have the option to book a room and share with another retreater. Usually the strongest friendships are formed with roommates.

​

Double Rooms SHARING W/ FRIEND: Double rooms offer the best choice to stay with a partner or best friend. If the room description says SHARING W/ FRIEND can only be booked if you’re joining us as two (friend or partner). You can mention while booking your spot if you prefer King / Queen sized beds or separated beds. 

​

Know exactly where you want to go? Simply select the desired date on your dream adventure and pay to secure your spot with either a deposit or in full.

Deposit payment: Our retreats are intimate and private, with no more than 16 guests per group so our spots get booked up quickly. A deposit payment of 50% the total amount will ensure no one else will take your spot without having to pay all upfront. Once you’ve paid for your deposit, we will reach out and set up the rest of the payment at a time that suits you (no later than 1 month before the event). Please check our Terms & Conditions of bookings for payments to ensure a smooth process until it’s time to join us.

Single payment:  Pretty straight forward. There is no way you’re missing out on a Jungle Retreat adventure.

Once you’ve paid for your retreat, please don’t book your flights until you receive a confirmation from us.

3. YOUR RETREAT IS CONFIRMED

We’ve been in contact to let you know your trip is confirmed. Now it’s our job to make your adventure as stress-free as possible.

If any problems arise, just ring or email us and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible for you.

4. KEY MILESTONES

2 MONTHS TO GO: The exciting part – you’ll now receive your first email with details about your retreat. You will receive a Needs Assessment Form to fill in with your expectations and needs for the retreat. The whole experience will be tailored to the needs of the participants. We don't believe in "One size fits all" solutions for our retreats!

1 MONTH TO GO: The build up and excitement begins. We give you all the details you will need for the best time. Exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you’re booked on. We’ll invite you to join a Whatsapp group, where you can chat to your fellow retreat guests. Introduce yourself and get to know each other a little, as you prepare for the weekend of your life.

5. YOU'RE OFF ON YOUR RETREAT

It’s time! Be sure to take a read through all the emails we send before your retreat. Any last-minute questions? Chat them through with your Retreat Organisers who will be happy to help.
